All that is needed is a computer with an internet connection (preferably high speed) and a phone line to use to talk with the trainer. No long distance charges will be incurred. You can sit in the comfort of your own home or office and learn with a live trainer any of the offered classes or specialized training. Or maybe you are having a problem with your computer and not sure how to perform a certain task? Watch in real time as these tasks are performed for you as you will have the opportunity to follow along on your own computer.
